Supergoop hires Jamie Parker as CCO

Supergoop is gearing up for a major evolution, signaling a shift from being a niche sunscreen brand to a comprehensive skin health powerhouse. To drive this ambitious expansion and strategic pivot, the company has appointed Jamie Parker as its first Chief Commercial Officer.

Parker joins Supergoop on September 28, bringing a wealth of high-level executive experience from the beauty industry. Most recently, he served as the General Manager of Coty’s US business and successfully led Coty’s e-commerce strategy, including the successful launch on Amazon Premium Beauty. This background positions him perfectly to unify and accelerate Supergoop’s commercial ambitions.

In his new capacity, Parker will be responsible for integrating Supergoop’s e-commerce and physical retail operations under a cohesive commercial strategy. This means overseeing critical retailer relationships and ensuring that the brand’s retail footprint—which currently includes major partners like Sephora, Ulta Beauty, and Target in the US—operates with maximum synergy and efficiency.

Beyond optimizing the existing retail channels, Parker’s mandate involves scouting and executing international growth strategies. Supergoop is actively evaluating significant opportunities beyond North America, with Europe and China identified as key markets for future expansion.

This strategic move is fundamentally about looking beyond the core SPF business. The appointment reflects Supergoop’s commitment to expanding its vision into preventative and reparative skincare, coupled with a strong investment in proprietary technologies designed to address holistic skin health.

By integrating a seasoned commercial leader with a vision for global expansion, Supergoop is setting the stage for a dynamic new chapter. It is a clear indication that the brand is poised not just to grow, but to redefine the future of beauty by addressing the entire spectrum of skin wellness.
