Amorepacific aims for KRW 15T in sales by 2035

Amorepacific, a titan in the global beauty industry, is not just aiming for higher sales figures; it is fundamentally reshaping its empire by anchoring its future in science, clinical skincare, and premium hair care. The company has set an ambitious target: reaching KRW 15 trillion (approximately US$10.8 billion) in group revenue by 2035, signaling a powerful pivot toward diversified global growth.

This massive expansion is being fueled by a focused strategy to build new pillars of global revenue, moving beyond traditional cosmetics into specialized, high-value categories. At the core of this transformation is a deep commitment to dermatology-focused beauty, clinical skincare, and advanced hair care, leveraging scientific expertise to capture greater international market share.

The skincare and dermatology segment is poised for explosive growth. Amorepacific is targeting KRW 1 trillion in revenue from its dermatology beauty brands by fiscal 2030, driven significantly by the international expansion of its flagship brands, Aestura and Illiyoon. Aestura, already a global presence in 36 countries, is set to open up nine additional markets by the first half of 2027. Meanwhile, the IOPE division is preparing for a major leap into Europe, following its successful launch in the United States, aiming for KRW 500 billion in sales by 2035.

Parallel to the skincare push, the hair care division is equally ambitious. The company plans to generate KRW 1 trillion in hair care revenue by fiscal 2030 by aggressively expanding brands such as Ryo and Mise en Scene. This growth will be concentrated across key international markets including the United States, China, Japan, and Brazil. The strategy involves pushing overseas sales to encompass more than 60 percent of the total hair care category, establishing hair care as a truly global phenomenon.

Beyond product expansion, Amorepacific is investing heavily in the digital landscape. The group is increasing its commitment to leveraging social media, e-commerce platforms, consumer data, and cutting-edge AI-supported capabilities. This focus ensures that the expanded product lines are distributed efficiently and tailored precisely to the evolving demands of a global consumer base.

Ultimately, this strategic shift signals a clear vision: to diversify international growth by establishing categories with greater global scale, powered by the efficacy of dermatology-led skincare, the luxury of premium hair care, and the agility of digital commerce. Amorepacific is charting a course where science meets scale, promising a dynamic and expanded future for beauty.
